Cornelia Tsuha has worked for more than a decade as a professional certified Coach, specializing in Cross-cultural Coaching and Leadership for global success and sustainable high performance.
Cornelia was born and raised in the beautiful country of Austria. After earning her MBA, she moved to Washington DC, where she worked at the World Bank and Inter-American Development in the field of Finance for eight years.
Working for international organizations sparked her passion for cross-cultural coaching, communication, and performance.
She started her coaching training with the rigorous and challenging Coaches Training Institute (CTI), which is one of the few organizations accredited by the International Coaching Federation. She is also a certified NLP Practitioner, and has completed the Co-Active Space (USA) Leadership program.
She is a certified PI (Predictive Index) Analyst and is also a certified Facilitator of the Ken Blanchard Situational Leadership II Training.
Besides her coaching training with CTI, Cornelia has studied “Coaching to Excellence” with New Ventures West, and “Organization and Relationship Coaching Fundamentals” with the Center of Right Relationship.
Additionally, Cornelia is a Certified Project Manager for the Cultural Orientation Framework (COF) Assessment as part of Advanced Executive Coaching.
In building her Coaching Practice, Cornelia has coached exceptional leaders and managers from all parts of the world during her stay in the United States.
In 2003, Cornelia took a leap of faith and moved to Tokyo to bring her work and passion for people to Asia. In Tokyo, she has worked with leading global Human Resource Consulting companies on Leadership Coaching/Development and various Management Trainings. Before creating Global Success Coaching she was the Country Learning and Development Manager for IKEA Japan, supporting IKEA Japan in building a base for competence and leadership development on the senior management level.
Having worked over 15 years with world leaders, and having lived on three continents, it became clear there is a silent but tremendous need in supporting global leaders using cross-cultural coaching. This led Cornelia to establish “Global Success Coaching”.
Cornelia’s passion and life commitment is to support leaders in being successful through sustainable high performance globally and locally while feeling fulfilled.
Cornelia is married to Heiwa Tsuha, a Japanese national. She and her husband are committed to building new, and strengthen the existing bridges between cultures and countries.
Their main focus is to enable people to make the most out of differences and to bring a constructive contribution to society.
