Cornelia´s passion and life commitment is to support leaders and teams in being successful through sustainable high performance globally and locally while feeling fulfilled. She is committed to build new, and strengthen the existing bridges between cultures and countries. Her specialization is to deliver people-powered solutions for Global Leadership Development, Team- and Self-empowerment, Change- and Talent Management, as well as Transition.

 Areas of Expertise and Achievements

Originally from Austria, Cornelia has worked internationally for almost two decades as a professional certified Coach and Trainer, specializing in Leadership and Team Empowerment, for global success and sustainable high performance. After earning her MBA, she moved to Washington DC, where she worked at the World Bank and Inter-American Development Bank for eight years. Working for International Organizations sparked her passion for cross-cultural coaching, communication, and performance. In 2003, Cornelia took a leap of faith and moved to Tokyo to bring her work and passion for people to Asia. In Tokyo, she has worked with leading global Human Resource Consulting companies on Leadership Coaching/Development and various Management Trainings for eight years. Having worked over 15 years with world leaders, and having lived on three continents, it became clear there is a silent but tremendous need in supporting global leaders using transformational coaching and empowerment training. This led Cornelia and Heiwa to establish “Global Success Coaching.”

 Education and Training

After earning her MBA degree, from the University of Innsbruck, in Austria, she started her coaching training with the rigorous and challenging Coaches Training Institute (CTI). She is also a certified NLP Practitioner, a certified Dare to Lead™ and The Daring Way™ consultant and facilitator by Prof. Brené Brown (Houston University), and has completed the Co-Active Space Leadership program (USA). She is a master certified COF (Cultural Orientation Framework) Analyst (Hong Kong), and also a certified Facilitator of the Ken Blanchard Situational Leadership II Training. Besides her coaching training with CTI, Cornelia has studied Coaching with New Ventures West and got trained in “Organisation and Relationship Systems Coaching” with the Center of Right Relationships. She is also a Tony Robbins and Dean Graziosi certified Knowledge Business Blueprint Knowledge Broker. Further Cornelia has studied people development methodologies with Tony Robbins and Cloé Madanes. She also participated in the Points of You® certification training in Israel.

Originally from Japan, Heiwa has been working more than a decade, with numerous multinational companies, as a Global Leadership Coach for Senior- and Executive Managers in Japan, Europe, Asia and America. He is also teaching global leadership concepts and intercultural skills at Universities in Japan and Germany.

Having lived and worked professionally in Japan and Europe in international companies, he realized that cross-cultural misunderstandings and stereotyping are an unfortunate big reason for de-motivation, frustration, and mediocre performance. To support companies worldwide to overcome this, led Heiwa and Cornelia to establish “Global Success Coaching.”

Professional Experience

Besides working, more than a decade, in the field of coaching, training, and consulting for global leadership performance, Heiwa has a tremendous background and professional experience in international Sales, Planning, and Marketing. He has been working for Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 companies in the Asia Pacific region for several years, which gave him firsthand daily global experience and practice in being successful and fulfilled globally.

Education and Training

After earning his BA degree in law, from the University of Tokyo, he has started his coaching training and coaching practice with the rigorous and demanding Coaches Training Institute (CTI) in Germany. Further he participated in the 10 months intensive Co-Active® Leadership program in Spain. He has studied Organization & Relationship Systems Coaching with CRR Global in France. Heiwa is a certified PCC (Professional Certified Coach) of ICF (International Coach Federation), a certified Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coach, a certified The Daring Way™ and Dare to Lead™ Consultant and Facilitator (Leadership/Organizational Development) trained by Prof. Brené Brown (Houston University), and a certified Immunity-to-Change Coach associated with Harvard University and trained in person by Harvard Prof. Robert Kegan. Heiwa has studied Conflict Management with Dr. Donna Stringer in the USA, and Mr. Julius Erolin in the UK. He is also a Tony Robbins and Dean Graziosi certified Knowledge Business Blueprint Knowledge Broker. Heiwa is a certified Global Leader Coach (Global Coach Group). Heiwa has studied people development methodologies with Tony Robbins and Cloé Madanes. He also participated in the certification training of Points of You® (intuitive, right brain talent development methodology) in Israel.
